It’s like Math, easy enough if you get enough practice.
I have to get used to Adobe’s creative suite being extremely codec-picky (even with the codecs used by DV-giant Sony.)
But I’m not getting enough practice (I haven’t even got to learning Adobe Bridge… to bridge my After Effects and Premiere work.) Add to that my machines’ incapability at streaming even DVD-quality video smoothly.
I have to borrow a camera everytime (hi Macs! Thanks), and I just found out that his camera’s DVD-burner is as noisy as a failing HDD platter (it doesn’t even have a mic jack to compensate.) And then there’s that lack of microphones, lighting equipment, another camera to fend off SAS.
Here’s hoping I get more opportunities to film and edit. Or I can create those opportunities myself :)
I just have to finish this documentary today (I’m already a few days late as it is)
